Dry & aromatic, the French Canadian is a wonderful aperitif created by Dan Corum Fisher at Hawksmoor, London. With Cognac, Gin, Maple Syrup, Lemon Juice and Angostura Bitters, with muddled cucumber adding freshness.
Muddle cucumber in the base of a shaker. Add other ingredients then shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
