A riff on the modern classic, the Debonair, the Elegente is as stylish as its name. Created by Robert Simonson and published in his book, Tequila & Mezcal Cocktails, this drink replaces Scotch with Mezcal and adds a good belt of Ginger Liqueur for a little zing.
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir and strain into a chilled glass
