A classic but under-rated tequila cocktail, the El Diablo, is a wonderful mid-century drink that combines Tequila with Crème de cassis (a sweet blackcurrant liqueur), Lime juice and ginger.
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill. Strain onto fresh ice in a collins glass. Top with ginger beer and drizzle Cassis over the top.
