A riff on the Manhattan, the Bensonhurst was created by Chad Solomon at Milk & Honey in New York in 2016 and named after a neighbourhood close to his home in Brooklyn. With Rye, Maraschino, Dry Vermouth & Cynar, this is a riff you’ll grow to love.
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled mixing glass and stir. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora.
