Originally created by Sean Cadger at The Outhouse in Edinburgh, the Bakewell Tart Sour has all the jammy, almond-y tastes you would expect with a mix of Cognac, Amaretto, the syrup from Maraschino Cherries, Bitters and Lemon Juice.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then strain over a large block of ice in a chilled glass
