Nothing symbolises the cosiness of Fall better than Apple Pie and cream-based cocktails, and luckily, the Apple Pie Martini combines them both. Combining the apple flavour of Proper No Twelve’s Irish Apple with the creaminess of Baily’s Irish Cream and a little cinnamon will make this cocktail a firm favourite.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then strain into a chilled glass
