Tasty, foamy, and refreshing, Konrad Kantor of New Orleans’ Manolito has created the Amaretto Sour Frappé which is, as expected, a riff on an Amaretto Sour with a splash of Pineapple Juice blended into the mix.
Add Lemon Juice, Pineapple Juice, Sugar and 10oz pebble ice to a blender. Blend slowly then add Amaretto and blend for a further 30 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass
