Orange Brûlée

A perfect after-dinner cocktail, the Orange Brûlée combines the sweet almond flavour of Amaretto with the wonderful bitter Orange flavour of Grand Marnier. This is then topped with cream and chocolate powder, which gives this drink the look of a traditional Crème Brûlée.


  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Amaretto
  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Grand Marnier
  • 0.75 oz. 23ml Cognac
  • 0.25 oz. 8ml Cream
Display: oz. ml.


Shake first three ingredients with ice and then stained into chilled glass. Float thin layer of cream on the top of the drink and turn glass to spread evenly.
