A simple savoury twist to a White Lady, Like A Lady has all the elegance you’d expect and a bit of a bite from the ground pepper garnish. With a refreshing flavour from muddled Cucumbers, this drink also incorporates Gin, Suze, Lemon Juice, Egg White and a touch of Simple Syrup

Ingredients

1 slice 1 slice Cucumber
1.35 oz. 41ml Gin
0.67 oz. 20ml Suze
0.67 oz. 20ml Lemon Juice
0.16 oz. 5ml Simple Syrup
0.5 oz. 15ml Egg White

Instructions

Muddle cucumber in the base of a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Strain back into the shaker and dry shake. Fine strain into a chilled glass
