If you are after a spiritous and aromatic cocktail then the paycheck is a drink that pays off. The Honey Syrup balances the bitter Suze which both works nicely with the Earl Grey infused Gin, Dry Vermouth and Cointreau.


  • 2 oz. 60ml Gin (Earl Grey infused)
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Suze
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Vermouth, Dry
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Cointreau
  • 0.33 oz. 10ml Honey Syrup
  • 3 dash 3 dash Absinthe
Display: oz. ml.


Rinse a chilled glass with Absinthe and set aside. Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass, then strain into the Absinthe rinsed glass
