Created at the turn of the last century, the Absinthe Suissesse has become a New Orleans staple. If you’re after the perfect summertime brunch cocktail, then mix Absinthe, White Creme de Menthe, a little Orgeat, Orange Flower Water, Egg White, and Single (or Light) Cream.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Strain back into the shaker and dry shake, before straining into a glass with crushed ice.
