Created by Alex Richer at the Red Bar in London, you can think of the Green Beetle as Tequila and lemon aromatized by Absinthe. In other words, an absinthe wash gives body to Reposado Tequila, Agave Syrup and Limoncello.
Pour Absinthe into a glass and top with water and leave to stand. In a shaker, add all ingredients with ice. Discard Absinthe from glass. Strain content of shaker into the Absinthe-coated glass.
