This pandemic has given tequila lovers the opportunity to experiment at home, and home is the exact inspiration for Homespun. I love low prep and replicable drinks that everyone can enjoy and taking everyday ingredients out of my own pantry was an authentic way to make that happen – Bec Bailey – Cielo Rooftop – Brisbane
Add all ingredients except the powdered sugar go into a shaker. Stir ingredients briefly to agitate the marmalade into the mix.
Shake hard and fast and double strain into a nick & nora. Garnish with powdered sugar dusting.
