I was really impressed with Patrón’s emphasis on the community, which inspired me to create a cocktail that reflects this, through the use of local and easily accessible produce – Sion Roberts – Dead Ringer – Sydney

Ingredients

1.5 oz. 45ml Patrón Reposado
0.33 oz. 10ml Shiraz
0.5 oz. 15ml Ginger Syrup
0.67 oz. 20ml Lemon Juice
0.16 oz. 5ml Raspberry Jam

Instructions

Shake all ingredients (except Shiraz) with ice. Place one large cubed ice into frozen/chilled Rocks glass. Double strain into frozen Rocks glass (avoiding the ice block as to not distort the ice). Carefully Pour 10ml Shiraz on top of the drink, as float on top
