My Patrón Perfectionists entry was inspired by sharing a drink with friends. I wanted to create something bright, approachable and refreshing while showcasing the versatility of Patrón Silver – Daniella Darakis – The Gresham

Ingredients

1.35 oz. 41ml Silver Tequila
1 oz. 30ml Pomegranate Juice
0.33 oz. 10ml Lemon Juice
0.25 oz. 8ml Honey Syrup
1.35 oz. 41ml Grapefruit Soda
1.35 oz. 41ml Prosecco

Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake Tequila, Pomegranate Juice, Lemon Juice and Honey Syrup over ice. Strain into a wine glass, add ice, the top with prosecco and pink grapefruit soda.
