Created by Eryn Reece at Mayahuel in New York, this cocktail really is, as its name suggests, The Real Deal. This deep-flavoured nightcap combines Mezcal, Punt e Mes, Sweet Vermouth and a touch of Fernet Branca.
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass. Stir and then strain into a chilled glass
