The Tia Mia is not only a riff but also an anagram of that famous tropical drink, the Mai Tai. With smokey Mezcal instead of White Rum, this twist on the original is like a Mexican spritz with a taste of the Caribbean.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Mezcal, Rum, Lime juice, Curaçao and Orgeat; fill with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a chilled, crushed ice-filled rocks glass.
