While you might be tempted by a flood of green beer this St Patrick’s Day, nothing beats the classic Irish Coffee.

This iconic drink is an absolute delight, with a mix of Irish Whiskey, Demerara Syrup, Coffee and Cream.

Created in Ireland by Joe Sheridan in the early 1940s, there is more to this drink than just spiking your coffee with Irish Whiskey.
