It’s not often that you get a cocktail gets named after a horse but when Simon Difford Created this drink in 2015, Velvet Maker was the filly that won the horse-race he was listening to in Ireland. The drink itself is well balanced with a botanical complexity from the Vanilla-infused Vodka, zesty Grapefruit and Dry Vermouth.
