Approaching Patrón Perfectionists, I really wanted to create a drink that highlighted the delicious caramel, honeyed notes of Patrón Reposado while still providing a delicious umami experience for the drinker. The use of coriander, soy sauce and Patrón Reposado in a drink was an inspiring experience. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, hard shake to bruise coriander leaves to extract flavour. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.
