Tuxedo Cocktail No.3

Although the Tuxedo No.3 only uses a small amount of Sherry, it does change the overall impact of the drink. The original was first recorded in Harry Johnson’s 1900 Bartenders Manual and this is a later riff that changes the amount of Gin and Vermouth used, while also adding Sherry.
