Bamboo (Joaquin Simo's recipe)

Dry and delicate, this modern version of the classic Bamboo Cocktail was adapted by Joaquín Simó in New York. Mixing Fino Sherry, Dry Vermouth, Sugar Syrup, Angostura Bitters and Orange Bitters, this dry is also aromatic and complex.


  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Sherry, Fino
  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Vermouth, Dry
  • 0.166 oz. 5ml Sugar Syrup
  • 2 dash 2 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 2 dash 2 dash Orange Bitters
Display: oz. ml.


Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
