It is believed that Julio Bermejo from Tommy’s restaurant in San Francisco has a legendary knowledge of Tequila. With that knowledge, he created the Tommy’s Margarita, a simple but classic riff on the original that’s made with Agave Syrup but without the traditional Orange Liqueur.
