Now while technically a Tom Collins, has four ingredients, we’re assuming no-one really counts the Soda Water. So with Gin, Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice & Soda Water, we’re still counting this as a three-ingredient cocktail because it’s easy, delicious and definitely a drink that has endured.
