For a nice twist on the Paloma, you’ve got to love the refreshing yet easy cocktail The Snitch. This cocktail merging smoky mezcal with grapefruit shrub (rather than the Paloma’s traditional grapefruit soda) and mixes in a dash of Campari for a slight kick of bitterness.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass over ice.
