As far as Kumquat cocktails goes, nothing is more refreshing than a Kumquat Quest. This drink is a crisp and citrusy combination of Vodka, fresh Lime Juice, Sugar and Kumquats, topped with Grand Marnier.
Cut all the kumquats in half and put all the rest of the ingredients into a highball glass. Muddle all and add crushed ice. Float Grand Marnier.
