The Dandy (by Iain Meldrum)

Created by Iain Meldrum at the Michael Neave Kitchen & Whisky Bar in Edinburgh, his version of The Dandy is a pale aperitif. The Single Malt Scotch, Suze and Dry Vermouth sit well together creating a drink that is dry and more on the bitter side of bittersweet.


  • 1 oz. 30ml Whisky, Single Malt
  • 1 oz. 30ml Suze
  • 1 oz. 30ml Vermouth, Dry
  • 3 drop 3 drop Saline Solution
Display: oz. ml.




Stir all ingredients in an ice-filled mixing glass, then strain into an ice-filled glass
