If you love a Whiskey Sour, then a Tequila Sour, using 1800 Tequila, is bound to be a hit. Balancing spice flavours with a citrus kick, the cocktail mixes Reposado Tequila, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup, Orange Bitters & Egg White.

Ingredients

1.69 oz. 51ml Reposado Tequila
1 oz. 30ml Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. 15ml Simple Syrup
2 dash 2 dash Orange Bitters
oz. 0ml Egg White

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker with NO ice. Hard shake for 15 seconds. Fill shaker with ice and hard shake for a following 20 seconds. Double strain into a coupe glass
