Who needs Vodka when you can create an Espresso Martini-style cocktail with Tequila. 1800 Tequila have created a Tequila Coffee that incorporates Tequila, Coffee Liqueur, Créme de Cacao, Cold Drip Coffee and a little Pedro Ximenez Sherry.
Add all ingredients, minus cream, to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir down until diluted and chilled. Single strain into a chilled coupe glass. Using a ‘sauce’ bottle float cream on top of the drink
Vanilla Cream – Add thickened cream, sugar cubes, and vanilla extract to a small sauce bottle and shake for around 30 seconds until light and fluffy
