Inspired by the classic Army & Navy cocktail, the Strawberry Bearcat was created by John Ploeser at Brooklyn’s Featherweight. With a definite nod to Tiki, this drink is made with gin, orgeat syrup, lemon juice and muddled strawberries.
Muddle strawberries in the base of a shaker, then add ice and the rest of the ingredients and shake. Fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
