How good the mix of Strawberries, Raspberry Liqueur and Maple Syrup are with Bourbon will truly make you blush. The Bourbon Blush was created by Simon King at MJU in the Millennium Hotel, London way back in 2003.
Muddle strawberries in the bottom of a shaker. Add ice and all other ingredients, then shake. Strain into chilled glass.
