Created at Cape Town’s The Queen’s, yet named, of course, for the region where the main spirit, Glenfiddich Whisky, is from, the Speyside is as gentle and fruity as its namesake with Honey Syrup and Peach Bitters

Ingredients

  • 1.79 oz. 54ml Scotch Whisky (Glenfiddich 12)
  • 0.85 oz. 26ml Lemon Juice
  • 0.17 oz. 5ml Pernod
  • 0.68 oz. 20ml Honey Syrup
  • 2 dash 2 dash Peach Bitters
  • 1/2 1/2 Granny Smith Apple
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Muddle half a Granny Smith apple in a shaker, then add the rest of the ingredients. Shake and then fine strain into an ice-filled glass

Garnish

Grated nutmeg, apple fan and edible flowers
