Whisky and Vermouth is a classic combination at the best of times but becomes truly delightful through the coffee twist found in Highland. Cape Town’s latest speakeasy, The Queen’s has mixed Dalmore 12 Scotch Whisky with coffee-infused Antica and topped it with an expresso and Branca Menta foam.


  • 1.76 oz. 53ml Scotch Whisky (Dalmore 12)
  • 0.85 oz. 26ml Antica Formula (coffee infused)
  • 1 dash 1 dash Chocolate Bitters
  • 2 dash 2 dash Vanila Bitters
Display: oz. ml.


Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a Nick & Nora Glass


Espresso & Branca Menta foam + star anise
