If you like a French 75, then you’ll be completely charmed by the Southern 75. Made with IPA Beer, Bourbon, Lemon Juice & Sugar Syrup, this inventive drink is a must for the craft brew age.

Ingredients

6 oz. 180ml Beer, IPA
2 oz. 60ml Bourbon
0.75 oz. 23ml Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. 15ml Sugar Syrup

Instructions

Pour the Beer into a chilled Collins glass. In a Cocktail shaker, combine the Bourbon, Lemon Juice, and Simple Syrup with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain the Bourbon mixture into the Beer
