If you’ve been wondering what to do with your old Tom Gin, then this slightly Spirtzy Cocktail will be perfect. The Tom Terrific blends Old Tom Gin, Cherry Heering, Lemon Juice & a good dose of IPA, for a summer sipper that will have you coming back for more.

Ingredients

1.5 oz. 45ml Old Tom Gin
0.5 oz. 15ml Cherry Heering
0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. 15ml Simple Syrup
2 oz. 60ml Beer, IPA

Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the beer and garnish. Shake well and strain into a highball glass. Top off with the beer.
