Created by Natasha Bermudez at Banzarbar back in 2018, Seven Years Cycle was built around Cranberry Liqueur with Gin adding citrus, Ancho Reye adding smoke and Monk’s Secret Liqueur bringing vegetal notes to this mainly savoury but definitely season drink.

Ingredients

1.25 oz. 38ml Mil Pesetas Oloroso
1 oz. 30ml Edinburgh Christmas Gin
0.75 oz. 23ml Clear Creek Cranberry Liqueur
0.25 oz. 8ml Ancho Reyes
0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
0.5 oz. 15ml Stirrings Simple Syrup
tsp tsp Vicario’s Monk’s Secret liqueur

Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then strain into a chilled coupe
