When you get a drink with a split base of Rum & Scotch you might assume it’ll be a winter sipper. Yet when you add Dry Curacao & Coconut Water to the mix, as happens with the Scotch & Coconut Cocktail, it easily takes a turn towards the tropical.
Freeze Coconut Water in large ice cube molds. Once frozen, combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a Rocks glass over the frozen Coconut Water ice.
