With its roots in a classic Hot Toddy, the Scarlet Ember Hot Toddy adds a bit of bitterness and intrigue with the addition of Campari. A beautifully balanced yet complex cocktail, this drink brings a robust warmth to a chilly evening.

Ingredients

2 oz. 60ml Bib & Tucker 6 Year Bourbon
0.5 oz. 15ml Campari
1 oz. 30ml Honey Syrup
0.5 oz. 15ml Lemon Juice
1 1 Spicy World Cinnamon Sticks
3 3 Organic Whole Cloves

Instructions

In a heatproof glass or mug, combine Bourbon, Campari, Honey Syrup, and Lemon Juice, then add the cinnamon stick and cloves. Fill the glass with hot water, stirring gently to mix the ingredients, before letting the drink steep for a minute to allow the spices to infuse.
