Sake Tonic

Fusions, both in restaurants and in bars, can create some wonderful if not unexpected flavour combinations. Created in a restaurant that creates a fusion of Peruvian & Japanese, the Sake Tonic is a perfect blend of popular Sake and aromatic Elderflower for a fresh and fruity aperitif.


  • 2 oz. 60ml Sake
  • 2-3 2-3 Dried Apricots
  • 1 oz. 30ml Vodka
  • 0.5 oz. 15ml Elderflower Liqueur
  • 7 oz. 210ml Elderflower Tonic Water
Display: oz. ml.




Cut the Apricots into small slices and add them to a Collins Glass. Then add the Sake, Vodka and Elderflower Liqueur , followed by ice cubes and Elderflower Tonic water
