The Rhubarb Crumble certainly does not disappoint if you love dessert cocktails. With Rhubarb Gin as the flavour backbone of this drink, it is nicely accompanied by Ginger Cordial and Clementine Soda Water.
Note: Mediterranean Tonic can be used in place of Clementine Tonic & Ginger Cordial can be swapped for either ginger or gingerbread syrup
