Rhubarb Sour

Very much a showstopper, the Rhubarb Sour is a delight of a drink. With the taste of Rhubarb breaking through the sherbert-like flavour of the lemon and sugar, the drink is smoothed out by the egg white and grounded by the Angostura Bitters.

Ingredients

1.69 oz. 51ml Rhubarb Gin
0.85 oz. 26ml Lemon Juice
0.68 oz. 20ml Simple Syrup
Dash Dash Angostura Bitters
1 1 Egg White (optional)

Instructions

Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then double stain into the other half of the shaker and empty the ice. Dry shake, then pour into a Collins glass with ice
