Very much a showstopper, the Rhubarb Sour is a delight of a drink. With the taste of Rhubarb breaking through the sherbert-like flavour of the lemon and sugar, the drink is smoothed out by the egg white and grounded by the Angostura Bitters.
Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, then double stain into the other half of the shaker and empty the ice. Dry shake, then pour into a Collins glass with ice
