Red Velvet

There’s nothing as lush as velvet and in this case, Red Velvet as created by Brendon Osmers at Gerard’s in Brisbane. The strawberry & lemongrass, red currants and dry fino create a zesty, fresh body which is carried through to the bubbles by the bittersweet Elderflower Tonic

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. 60ml Strawberry & Lemongrass (Grey Goose)
  • 0.67 oz. 20ml Red Current Syrup (Gerard's)
  • 0.33 oz. 10ml Supasawa (clarified citrus)
  • 0.33 oz. 10ml Fino Sherry
  • top top Elderflower Tonic Water
Display: oz. ml.

Instructions

Stir all ingredients (except Tonic Water) in an ice-filled mixing glass, then strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with Tonic Water
