Created in 2009 by Jeremy James Thompson at Reines Law Rooms in New Yor, Ragtime cocktail is a bittersweet delight. Originally made with Rittenhouse Bonded Rye, this drink blends Ramazzotti Amaro, Aperol, Peychaud’s Bitters & an Absinthe rinse.
Rinse the mixing g;ass with Absinthe. Stir the rest of the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass
