Princeton

Main Spirit Gin - Old Tom
Difficulty Easy
Technique Stirred

Slightly sweet with a touch of bitterness and a hint of citrus, the Princeton is a classic drink that dates back to the early 20th century. Named after the Ivy League school, this is a drink that, due to the Port float, has a rich, velvety finish.
