While the name of this drink is something you should never say aloud except into a CB radio, the Papa Bear provides a delicate spiced and honeyed Cognac flavour. Created in 2008 by Tim Homewood at the Dirty Martini Bar in London, it mixes Cognac, Honey Liqueur, Lemon Juice and Honey Syrup.


  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Cognac VSOP
  • 1.5 oz. 45ml Honey Liqueur (spiced)
  • 0.76 oz. 23ml Lemon Juice
  • barspoon barspoon Honey Syrup
Display: oz. ml.


Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
