If you are looking to add a little richness to a classic Martini, the Olive-Oil Washed Martini achieves that by mixing Dry Vermouth with the creamy nature of Oil-Washed Vodka as a base and then adding Orange Bitters.

Ingredients

2 oz. 60ml Oil-Washed Vodka
1.5 oz. 45ml Dry Vermouth
dash dash Orange Bitters

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir to chill and strain into a chilled glass.

Oil-Washed Vodka: Combine 250ml vodka and 45ml high-quality extra virgin olive oil in a freezer-safe container. Let it sit at room temperature for 5 days to infuse. Place the container in the freezer. Once the oil has solidified, scrape it away and discard it.
