Created by Daegan Burchfield of Dallas restaurant, Rye, Muppet Juice is a Chamomile and tropical fruit cocktail that’s playful and refreshing. The chile liqueur gives the drink a little heat, the Chamomile brightens it up, and the Guanabana Juice mixes in perfectly, as it tastes like a mix of pineapple and strawberry.

Ingredients

1 oz. 30ml Vodka (Chamomile-Infused)
1 oz. 30ml Guanabana Juice
0.5 oz. 15ml Cointreau
0.5 oz. 15ml Ancho Reyes Verde
0.75 oz. 23ml Lime Juice
0.25 oz. 8ml Simple Syrup

Instructions

Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and double-strain into a chilled glass.

Chamomile-Infused Vodka – Add 7-9 bags of chamomile tea (or 19 grams of loose-leaf chamomile tea) to 750ml vodka and let steep for 24 hours. Then, strain the tea from the vodka. The chamomile vodka will hold on the shelf just like a bottle of vodka and does not need to be refrigerated.
