With a garden-to-glass approach, the new menu at Cause & Effect Bar, Cape Town, has used cocktails to highlight four of the bar’s main producers. The Morgenhof utilises the bar’s red wine cordial sourced from the Stellenbosch wine estate of the same name, which has prioritised the maintenance of its environment.
