There is no better combination for Whiskey than Maple Syrup, as can easily be seen from this flavour-packed variation of the Old Fashioned, which further combines both Orange and Lemon Juice, a good few dashes of Bitters, and all topped with Soda Water

Ingredients

2 oz. 60ml Bourbon
0.5 oz. 15ml Maple Syrup
0.5 oz. 15ml Orange Juice
0.25 oz. 8ml Lemon Juice
4 dash 4 dash Angostura Bitters
1/2 1/2 Orange Wheel
top top Soda Water

Instructions

Combine Maple Syrup with Orange Juice, Lemon Juice, and Bitters in a chilled rocks glass, then add an Orange Wheel and lightly muddle. Add ice and Bourbon, then stir well before topping with Soda Water
