If you want your Thanksgiving to have a bit of sparkle, then the Livorno Fizz is an easy place to start. Created by Jeremy Allen when he was at the now-closed Hollywood venue, MiniBar, this drink combines sweet, herbal Galliano with Cranberry Juice and Brut Rosé for a holiday cocktail that truly shines.

Ingredients

0.75 oz. 23ml Galliano Authentico
1 oz. 30ml Cranberry Juice
5 oz. 150ml Chandon Brut Rosé
dash dash Peychaud's Bitters

Instructions

Shake the Galliano and Cranberry Juice in an ice-filled shaker. Dash Peychaud’s into a chilled coupe. Strain the Galliano and cranberry mixture into the prepared coupe, then top it all off with Rosé.
