Created by Jeremy Allen when he was at the now-closed Hollywood venue, MiniBar, this drink combines sweet, herbal Galliano with Cranberry Juice and Brut Rosé for a holiday cocktail that truly shines.
Shake the Galliano and Cranberry Juice in an ice-filled shaker. Dash Peychaud’s into a chilled coupe. Strain the Galliano and cranberry mixture into the prepared coupe, then top it all off with Rosé.
